Earlier this June, our partner Youssef Sleiman from the University of Bordeaux represented NATURSEA-PV at the RUGC 2025 conference in Marseille, France. Organized by AUGC (Association Universitaire de Génie Civil), the event brought together civil engineering researchers, industry experts, and public authorities from across France and beyond.
Youssef had the opportunity to present both his individual research and the broader goals of NATURSEA-PV, sparking conversations around sustainable offshore photovoltaics and bio-inspired design. The conference provided a valuable platform to showcase the project’s innovative approach and engage with fellow professionals in the field.
