On May 28th, NATURSEA-PV was featured at the XI Marine Energy Conference, held annually in Bilbao, Spain, and organized by JRL-ORE (Joint Research Lab–Offshore Renewable Energy). The event brings together researchers, industry leaders, and public stakeholders to discuss the latest developments in offshore renewable energy.
Asier Sanz from TECNALIA delivered an oral presentation introducing the NATURSEA-PV project, its objectives, and its innovative approach to floating photovoltaic systems in marine environments. His talk highlighted the project’s focus on bio-inspired design, durable materials, and sustainable energy generation at sea.
Participation in this conference reinforces NATURSEA-PV’s commitment to knowledge exchange and collaboration across the offshore energy community.
